Washguys Car Wash is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Denton, TX
We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Manager to join our car wash team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all our clients, managing client inquiries, training our Customer Service Representatives, monitoring and tracking sales metrics and individual employee performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, sales, and customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Greet customers as they arrive at the car wash and guide them through the process of selecting and paying for services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person, and provide accurate and helpful information
- Upsell additional services and products to customers and provide product knowledge and recommendations as necessary
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases, ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle cash and electronic payments, maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and in good condition
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the car wash in a positive and professional manner
- Train newly hired CSRs
- Monitor the performance of our Sales TeamSchedule sales staff to ensure the location is properly staffed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in customer service and sales training preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and training
